  • Includes a complete Air Duct Cleaning for a single furnace/thermostat residential home up to 2500², a furnace cleaning consisting of airwashing the blower, the burners, and the a-coil, and a complete ground level exhausted dryer vent cleaning
  • $75 per additional 500² at time of service for homes larger than 2500²
  • Additional furnaces beyond 1 add $175 to the cost
  • Additional thermostats (zones) beyond 1 add $125 to the cost
  • If your dryer vent requires a ladder to clean but isn't on the roof, add $49
  • If your dryer vent exhausts on the roof, add $139
  • A crawlspace and/or Attic fee of $75 may apply
  • Not valid towards other offers
